Privacy Notice
Plain-language, and specific to this website. Effective 9 October 2026.
This notice explains how Pandharinath Networks (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through pandharinathnetworks.com. Our products (ConfluX Terminal and ConfluX Paper Desk) have their own terms and privacy notices, shown when you sign in or create an account there.
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include passwords, payment details or health information in an enquiry.
Consent
We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. Marketing updates are a separate, optional consent and are never pre-selected. You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to info@pandharinathnetworks.com; withdrawal does not affect anything done before it, and we will stop processing for that purpose.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small preferences in your own browser: your light/dark theme choice and, for the current visit only, the page and campaign that brought you here so they can be attached to an enquiry. Product sign-ins use essential session cookies on their own sub-domains.
Who sees your data
Your enquiry is seen only by people at Pandharinath Networks who need it to respond. We do not sell or rent personal data. We use a limited number of service providers to run this website and to notify our team about new enquiries (for example hosting, email and messaging services), only for those purposes. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a contract or the law requires longer, then deleted.
- Submissions identified as spam: deleted within 30 days.
- Aggregated page-view counts contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.
How we protect it
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on servers we administer, with access limited to authorised staff, strong authentication, access logs and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will act and notify as the law requires.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and
- address any grievance about how we handle your data.
Write to info@pandharinathnetworks.com from the email address or mobile number you used, so we can verify the request. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above. Significant changes affecting enquiries already submitted will be communicated where we can.
